HUNDREDS of homes were left without electricity this morning after a power cut.
The high voltage cut hit 522 homes in Taunton.
Postcodes that were hit by the cut include: TA1 1AN, TA1 1AL, TA2 7UD, TA2 7UF, TA2 7UE, TA2 7PN,TA2 7PL, TA2 7QL, TA2 7QE, TA2 7QG, TA2 7QA, TA2 7PZ,TA2 7PX, TA2 7UG, TA2 7PR, TA2 7QF, TA2 7QJ, TA1 1DY,TA2 7PW, TA2 7PP, TA2 7DX, TA2 7PY, TA1 1QP, TA2 7QN,TA2 7QD, TA2 7QB, TA2 7PT, and TA2 8DG

Western Power Distribution restored the power by 11am.
Firepool is one of the town's area's left without power.
