SOMEONE seems to have had a bad morning...
A bollard on the corner of St James Street and Fore Street in Taunton has been damaged.
The large stone bollard has been partially ripped from the ground, along with brickwork around it.
We are endeavouring to find out what has happened, but if you know, drop us a line...
