ONE of the best line-ups of the year will feature at Café Mamba on Thursday (September 13) as Weekender's live music showcase, Sounds Of The Underground, rocks out.
Headlining the night are the sexually charged Sohodolls. Performing upbeat, glam-electro tunes with a tinge of disco, the Sohodolls have enough stomping rhythms, dancing synths and guitars to keep both dance fans and indie kids happy.
Following high-profile support slots on tour with the Klaxons and Daft Punk over the summer, the band has just released their debut album, Ribbed Music For The Numb Generation, on the Filthy Pretty Record Label.
Support on the night comes from outstanding Bristol-based act Seagull Strange.
Tickets for the show are available from Martian Records for £5 or on the door for £6.
Doors open from 9pm.
