BISHOP'S Hull-based St Margaret's Somerset Hospice is appealing for volunteers to help with collections at service stations and stores.

The New Build Appeal team at St Margaret's Somerset hospice are appealing for volunteers to help them with their forthcoming service and superstore collections.

Michele Evans, of St Margaret's, said: "Service station and supermarket collections are a great way to raise funds and generate awareness about our New Build Appeal and the care that St Margaret's Hospice provides.

"We require volunteers who are able to collect for a minimum of two hours on any one collection day - they will always be working with another team member."

The next collection is October 27 and 28 at Sedgemoor Service Station - anyone who can help should visit the at 10/12 Bridge Street, Taunton, phone 01823-321899.
