A CHARITY shop in Taunton is set to close its doors next month.
The Brainwave shop, based in Priorswood, will be closing in October after charity bosses decided it was no longer viable to keep trading.
The charity's other shop in the town centre will continue to trade.
Phil Edge, chief executive, said: “We are extremely grateful to our staff, volunteers and customers for the support they have given the shop over the years but unfortunately after very close analysis of our projected income and costs, we have had to take the very difficult decision to close the shop.
"However, our shop in Bridge Street, Taunton will continue to trade and we look forward to welcoming our loyal customers to that store.”
