A MAN who committed 13 offences in Taunton in under three months has been jailed for 30 weeks.
Haydon Mark Baker, 33, of Eastleigh Court, Trinity Road, Taunton, pleaded guilty to all the offences between April 3 and June 28 this year.
He admitted breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order 11 times and single counts of criminal damage, assaulting a court security officer and possessions of Spice.
Baker was caught sitting on the ground in St Mary Magdalene Church, Magdalene Lane and unspecified areas of Taunton, often with the intention to beg, on a total of nine occasions.
He was further charged of possessing a home-made bong and swearing and being loud outside Taunton Library.
Those 1 counts were in breach of the order.
He was handed an overall prison sentence of 30 weeks when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Courts yesterday (Thursday).
