COLD and foggy skies will soon be overtaken with sunny spells across Somerset.
Met Office forecasters predict it will be a dry day with sunny spells.
Temperatures will reach a high of 17 degrees before falling to 7 degrees overnight.
In their South West summary a Met Office spokesman, said: "A cold start with patchy fog lingering in some spots through the morning; but generally it will become a fine day with sunny spells.
"Feeling mild into the afternoon. Maximum temperature 17 °C."
