A SHOP selling clothes that won't damage the planet has opened in Taunton today.
Neptune Clothing, in Blackhorse Lane, off Bridge Street and opposite Morrisons, is an eco-friendly venture.
Terri Hudson, who is originally from Taunton and owns the company with her husband, Richard, said: "We sell recycled plastic clothing and organic cotton clothing.
"We've already had a few customers in since we opened at 10.30am and we're open until 8pm for an opening reception.
"We've been trading online since May, but the shop was something I've wanted to do for a long time - people shop with their eyes and hands and you can't get the the feel of clothing just looking online."
