A MISSING cat is back with its family after a bit of good old fashioned detective work.
PCSO Victoria Henderson took up the case after two women in Wellington approached her saying they were looking for their lost cat.
Then about an hour later, PCSO Henderson discovered the runaway moggie across town.
A dentist helped out by providing a box to put the pet in and it was safely returned to its delighted owner.

Came across two ladies looking for their lost cat. Around an hour ago I came across the cat in another part of town.
Thank you to the dentist who let me have a box to put the cat in.
