PARENTS, pupils and local residents will get the first chance to look in detail at plans to replace the main school building at Haygrove next week.
A public exhibition is taking place at the school on Durleigh Road between 3pm and 7pm on Wednesday, December 19.
The proposals include the demolition and replacement of the existing school building.
A spokesman for developers Caledonian Modular said: "The construction works will be undertaken while the school is open and all works would be carefully planned with the school to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum.
"The building site would be a secure area to ensure the health and safety of the children, young people, staff, parents, and visitors to the school."
There will be no increase to pupil numbers following the development.
Representatives from the developers will be on hand to answer questions.
