FLOWING: The car broke down on the slip road at junction 25, for Taunton
TRAFFIC has returned to normal after a lane of the M5 exit slip road at junction 25 was closed due to a broken-down car.
The southbound slip road was partially blocked near the traffic lights after the breakdown at around 7.30am.
