MANCHESTER United will be playing at the Viridor Stadium next year – in the shape of a 'Legends' team, taking on Peacocks players from past seasons.
The Taunton Town Legends side has been assembled by FA Vase-winning captain Paul West and record appearance holder Tony Payne.
The game will be take place on Sunday, April 7, 2019 (ko 2pm).
Tickets for the match go on sale from the club office on Boxing Day (ahead of the 3pm derby match with Tiverton Town), and will cost £15 for adults, £10 concessions and £5 for Under-18s.
The full playing squads for both teams are yet to be announced, but Taunton's promotional artwork features Peacocks stalwarts Owen Irish, Ellis Laight and Russell Musker, plus former Manchester United stars Lee Sharpe, Keith Gillespie and Frank Stapleton.
It's unlikely that former United ace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be involved, however, given his new post at Old Trafford...
