A FEEDBACK day is being held to discuss plans for Wellington’s historic mill buildings.

Wellington Mills Community Interest Group held a consultation session on the site in October last year.

The group has has been working closely with Dr Joanne O’Hara, Wellington’s heritage-at-risk manager, to develop new thinking about the possibilities at Tonedale, and more than 300 people gave their views and feedback to the group.

On January 21, the group will meet to group through the ideas the public had for the site.

A spokesman for the group said: “Come along and hear an analysis of what we learned.

“Visitors can contribute again, receive updates and learn about our strategy.

“They will be able to meet the team, too.”

The meeting is being held on January 21 at the Methodist Church Hall in Waterloo Road. It will run from 8pm.
