A PHOTOGRAPHER captured the moment a murmuration of starlings in Somerset took the shape of a RABBIT.
Len Copland was snapping the dusk phenomenon at the Ham Wall nature reserve when it took on the recognisable form.
The swarm first takes the shape of a rabbit's head with long ears and then transforms into a side-on view of the animal.

Len, 56, from West Corker, said: "I went to Ham Wall mainly to photograph the people that go to watch the murmurations but I couldn't resist shooting video from my phone when the main event began.
"The oohs and aahs from the watchers was akin to a firework night display.
"Mother Nature certainly moves in mysterious ways."
