ACTION: St James Street business owners unhappy at pedestrianisation plans
PLEASE could the shopkeepers in St James Street tell us, the shoppers, why they want to keep the traffic going through the area?
I rarely shop there, even knowing there are some interesting places to shop, as I am constantly aware of the traffic.
