IT will be business as normal at Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital tomorrow (Friday).
Contingency plans are being put in place to cope with the forecast snow.
Matthew Bryant, chief operating officer (acute services) at Musgrove Park Hospital and Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, said: "We have well-rehearsed plans in place to help us cope with issues such as severe weather.
"Our staff are fantastic and always go the extra mile so we are confident that we will be in a good position to respond should we experience severe weather over the next few days.
"All our services are running as normal tomorrow and we are asking people to attend their appointments and surgery as planned if they feel it’s safe to do so."
