A TOP public school in Somerset has become the latest victim of equine flu after an outbreak in the on-site stables.
Millfield School, an independent establishment near Glastonbury, shared news on Twitter its prized horses were suffering from the illness.
It wrote: "A case of equine flu has been detected at our stables. The horse in question was fully vaccinated, as are all the horses that are stabled on our site.
"We immediately quarantined all horses on our site and communicated with all owners. All horses will be monitored daily.
"There is no risk to humans and strict biosecurity measures are in place."
