RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates' Courts include:
Conan Rainbow, 31, of Exeter Prison, assault by beating, six weeks prison, £115 victim surcharge. (G).
Samual James Baker, 23, of East Reach, Taunton, breached a community order imposed for assault by beating, eight weeks prison suspended for 12 months, £75 costs; imposed for assault by beating, eight weeks prison (consecutive) suspended for 12 months. (G).
Ernest James John Pincombe, 45, of Longmead, Huish Champflower, breached a community order, an additional 20 hours unpaid work, £75 costs. (G).
Karl Marcus Farrell, 32, of Northfield Avenue, Taunton, failed to provide a breath specimen when suspected of having driven, community order, 80 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, three years driving ban.
Raymond Joseph Hughes, 39, of Meyer Close, Wellington, watched television without a licence, six months conditional discharge, £20 victim surcharge, £80 costs. (G).
