THE M5 near Bridgwater is being reopened following the safe resolution of a concern for welfare incident.
A man had been on the overbridge leading to the motorway being closed in both directions J23 Bridgwater North and J24 Bridgwater South.
As of 3.15pm, closures were in the process of being removed, but delays are expected to last in the area for some time.
