THERE are new occupants in three office suites on Taunton's Blackbrook Business Park.

And property consultants Alder King are now looking for tenants to move into another three buidings.

Two suites totalling 5,976 sq ft have been let in Courtenay House, one to Somerset Skills and Learning, who have relocated from elsewhere on the park, and the other to the Education Development Trust.

Both suites have been taken on 10 year leases.

Meanwhile, a 1,175 sq ft suite in Blackdown House has been taken by Pardoes Solicitors, who have relocated from Creech Castle.

Andrew Maynard, partner in Alder King’s Taunton office, says Blackbrook remains for many the business destination of choice in Somerset.

He added: "The fundamentals of Blackbrook are timeless, with excellent accessibility to the motorway and quality accommodation in a variety of sizes.

"There is always an appetite for this and we’re confident the newly available and recently refurbished suites will meet the needs of Somerset occupiers."

The three newly available office buildings include Harrison House, Monmouth House and Blackbrook Gate 1, which all provide quality, flexible open-plan accommodation of various sizes and can be split into suites to suit individual occupier requirements.

Harrison House is the largest and most modern of the three buildings, built in 2009 as a head office pre-let for Viridor Waste Management, who have subsequently relocated.

Monmouth House was previously occupied by Somerset Waste Partnership.

An office suite previously occupied by McCarthy & Stone in Blackbrook Gate 1 is also available.
