Person hit by train sees journeys cancelled and delayed
A PERSON has been hit by a train, leading to cancellations and delays for commuters.
The incident happened between Exeter St Davids and Tiverton Parkway and all lines between the two stations are currently blocked.
Cross Country Trains says the first service it expects to run from Bristol towards the South West is the 6.45pm from Bristol Temple Meads to Penzance.
UPDATE: The line remains blocked between Exeter St Davids and Tiverton Parkway in both directions. This is expected to remain closed until 18:00 at present, and once re-opened there will be a reduced service.
