GLASTONBURY founder Michael Eavis has accidentally revealed Paul McCartney is set to play the festival next year.
Eavis, 83, let slip that the Beatles legend is to return to headline the 50th anniversary of the event in 2020.
The Beatles legend was previously among the favourites rumoured to be headlining at Worthy Farm in 2019.
Eavis has now sparked rumours that Sir Paul will return to Worthy Farm next summer.
"Paul's on good form at the moment," Eavis told BBC Somerset.
Asked ''coming here?' he replied: ''Hopefully for the 50th. Don't make a big thing of it though, will you?"
