PRINCESS Anne appeared to be in good humour - despite the heavens opening the moment she stepped out of her car at the UK Hydrographic Office, in Taunton, at 11am this morning (Thursday).
She managed to smile despite the rainy greeting and enchanted VIPs, staff and youngsters from Mini Mariners who were there to meet her.
The Princess Royal toured the new offices and spoke to many people before unveiling a plaque to mark her visit.
