A CHILDREN’S author visited a primary school in Taunton to open a new library.
Claire Baker visited Holy Trinity Church Primary School to open the new library after the school went through two years of refurbishment.
The revamp for the Redstart Learning Partnership school was mainly funded by the Trinity School Association, the school’s PTA group.
Mr Jeremy Handscomb, head of school, said:
“We’re very proud of our new look library and a huge thanks must go to the parents who have worked hard to organise so many great fundraising events to help fund our new space.
“The library is at the very heart of the school and will be a vibrant and exciting space to use.”
