A VISITOR to Taunton was told 'It IS you' after being arrested for stealing a batch of scratch cards from a convenience store and off licence in the town.
Joseph Wakefield slipped out of Costcutter, in Cheddon Road, with 60 cards he hadn't paid for on March 3.
Wakefield, 25, of Horsefall Street, Brixham, pleaded guilty to theft when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Courts on Wednesday.
He was given a six months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £60 compensation to Costcutter.
