THIS is the sight greeting business owners and staff turning up for work in a town centre street in Taunton this morning (Monday).
Jayne O'Brien snapped the photos and a video of the mess of litter strewn outside her firm, rental agency Eden May, in St James Street.
But she wasn't surprised as ripped open black plastic sacks and other rubbish is a common occurence.
An angry Ms O'Brien has tweeted: "When are the council going to take effective action about the mess we face EVERY Monday morning in St James Street?"
