A BUSINESS owner greeted on an almost weekly basis by rubbish strewn across the street is hoping the culprit could be tracked down.
Jayne O'Briean, of Eden May, in St James Street, spotted rubbish from black plastic bags that had been ripped open when she opened up her office this morning.
It's a recurring problem she has reported to the council.
Somerset West and Taunton Council delivered free gull-proof bags to businesses and residents in an attempt to solve the problem.
She tweeted to councillors this morning: "More residential rubbish sprawling the St James St, can you check the camera you’ve placed to discover the culprits? #cleanupourtown #taunton."
