TAUNTON bikers will be getting their motors running for good causes at an annual charity ride next month.

Total Triumph Taunton’s 13th Annual Alan Mossman Memorial Ride will take place on Sunday, October 6, and sees dozens of bikers unite to ride 100 miles, raising money per mile.

To date, the event - which was created in honour of Total Triumph Taunton managing director Neil Mossman's father - has attracted more than 100 bikers each year, clocking up over 120,000 miles in total and raising more than £18,000 for charity.

This year, the event will be raising funds for St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice and Freewheelers EVS Blood Bikes.

On the day, registrations open at Total Triumph from 9am.

Breakfast will be available for purchase from Sarah at Total Snacks.

Riders will set off at 10.30am, taking in some amazing biking roads around the Somerset and Devon border, with a midway stop at Woody Bay Station, before returning to the Total Triumph dealership.

Back at Total Triumph, lunch will be served and the winning raffle numbers will be chosen.

Entry costs £15 per bike when booked in advance, which includes a free gift.

Entry on the day will cost £20 per bike. There is no additional charge for pillion passengers, and a food voucher is included in the entry price. Advanced ticket sales close at 10am on Saturday, October 5.

Anyone who is unable to attend can still support the event and charities by purchasing raffle tickets. Both event tickets and raffle tickets are available via our website www.totaltriumph.co.uk or in the Total Triumph Taunton showroom.
