THE jury in the trial of a 17-year-old boy who is accused of shooting another teenager has retired to make its decision.
The 17-year-old is on trial at Winchester Crown Court for shooting Danny Stevens was left paralysed from the waist down after being shot in Blackwater, Hampshire, in 2018.
The defendant denies attempted murder and inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.
The teenager on trial alongside a 51-year-old woman from Blackwater and 42-year-old MMA fighter Glen Johnson, of no fixed abode.
