TWO men are set to appear in court accused of illegal hunting.
Richard Down, 55, of Taunton, and Martin Watts, 56, West Bagborough, are due to appear before Taunton Magistrates' Court on Thursday (October 24).
They are both accused of hunting a wild mammal with a dog, which was not of a class exempted by Schedule 1 to the Hunting Act 2004.
The alleged incident is said to have taken place on March 18 earlier this year, at Trendle Ring in Bicknoller.
