WARNING: Steam Coast Trail team warn person spraying white paint on dog mess to stop
THE people responsible for highlighting the dog fouling issue on coastal trail path have been warned to stop.
The Steam Coast Trail has posted the 'cease and desist' warning on its Facebook page after spray paint has been left on the path circling dog mess on the Washford path.
The warning says: "To the person spraying white paint around the dog mess on the Washford path: cease and desist.
"This is privately owned land and you do not have permission to do this.
"To the irresponsible dog owners letting their dogs mess on the Washford path: pick it up - you are ruining it for everyone else.
"Sorry for the downer, folks, but this is getting ridiculous."
