Matthew Ashley Kent, 36, of Crosscroft Cottages, Lydeard St Lawrence, possession in public of a knuckle duster, failed to surrender to bail, one month prison suspended for 18 months on each count; two counts of driving while disqualified, six months prison (concurrent) suspended for 18 months on each count, 18 months driving ban: driving while disqualified, six months prison (concurrent) suspended for 18 months, £115 victim surcharge, £150 costs, six points; failed to stop while driving and required to do so by a police constable; two counts of fraudulently used a registration mark, speeding, three counts of driving without insurance, possession of amphetamine, no separate penalty. Terence George Sherwood, 77, of no fixed address, driving without insurance, £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, six points; driving a vehicle with illegal tyres, £80 fine, three points. (G).
Jason Miles Croker, 42, of Prospect House, Minehead, damaged a door lock, 12 months conditional discharge, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £150 costs.
Craig Michael Baker, 27, of Quantock Road, Wellington, breached a community order, five additional hours unpaid work. (G).
