POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was hit by a car in Wellington last week.
A silver BMW collided with the woman as it left the Peregrine Budgens service station on West Buckland Road last Wednesday (December 4).
The incident happened at around 11.30am.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police confirmed the woman, who is aged in her 50s, sustained a fractured arm in the incident.
