'TREASURE TROVE': The Museum of Somerset
AFTER their stunning exhibition of Doris Hatt’s work earlier this year the Taunton Museum have discovered another unknown Somerset painter called Tristram Hillier and given him a beautifully presented display with appropriate music and a touching film of his artistic development.
The paintings have been meticulously collected from many sources and they provide a rich and sympathetic panorama of his work.
What a highly professional treasure trove we have in Taunton’s town centre.
