A POTENTIAL case of coronavirus in Taunton is still unconfirmed.
French Weir Health Centre was closed yesterday morning (February 13) after a potential case was identified.
The surgery underwent a deep clean under the advice of Public Health England but was able to open later that same day.
But as it stands, no update has been given on whether the test was negative or positive.
The current figure posted yesterday stated there were nine confirmed cases in the UK.

A spokesperson for Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group said while it cannot comment on individual cases due to patient confidentiality, test results should be available around 24 hours after they are carried out.
Updates are given at 2pm each day by the Department of Health and Social Care.
The spokesperson advised the clearest picture should be obtained by Monday during the 2pm update at the latest.
