FIREFIGHTERS have issued these dramatic photos of a crash in Somerset this afternoon.
Two fire engines and a rescue tender were sent to a two-vehicle crash on the A37 Ilchester Road, Yeovil, at around 2pm today (Friday).
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "On arrival crews confirmed that this road traffic collision involved two vehicles with there people still inside the vehicles, although not physically trapped.
"Crews stabilised the vehicles and then used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove two of the casualties.
"The third one was removed with assistance of ambulance crews.
"All casualties were conveyed to hospital."
