JOIN Vienna Festival Ballet as they celebrate their 40th Anniversary with one of ballet’s most powerful and beautiful love stories.

Swan Lake is a ballet that captures the full range of human emotions like no other – from hope to despair, from terror to tenderness, from melancholy to ecstasy.

With lavish costumes, stunning scenery, international stars, and the glorious music from Tchaikovsky make this will be a special night at The Brewhouse.

Vienna Festival Ballet are offering an opportunity for young people aged eight to16-years-old to work with and be taught by the artists involved.

The workshop will involve a short ballet class, focusing on technical elements of flexibility, strength and alignment.

There will then be the chance to explore artistry and expressive qualities which bring a production to life.

Following this, an open company rehearsal with the dancers in costume will show everyone just what’s involved when working on a performance.

This is an opportunity to see life back stage and gain some insight into all the hard work that goes into these productions, and, at the end of it all, there will be a Q & A session with the artists, giving you the chance to ask those burning questions.

Swan Lake will be performed on April 17 and 18, with the workshop on April 17 at 4:30pm.

Tickets to see Vienna Festival Ballet perform cost £23. To book visit thebrewhouse.net
