'Stay home' urge Musgrove staff on frontline in the war on coronavirus
FRONTLINE NHS staff at Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital are pleading with people to 'stay safe'.
Consultants and nurses in the cardiology department took a short break from their busy work to remind people of the importance of staying home during the coronavirus crisis.
They posed for a quick photo urging local people to: "Please stay home for us. We stay here for you."
The heartfelt message from the NHS staff comes after an undisclosed number of patients are being treated at Musgrove after contracing the COVID-19 virus.
Other patients with symptoms that may be coronavirus are also being cared for at Musgrove.
