FIVE new coronavirus cases in Somerset - all in the same district
THERE have been five new confirmed coronavirus cases in Somerset in the latest Public Health England figures.
All five were reported in the same district - West Somerset.
There was no change in the totals in the other three districts.
Overall, the daily figure takes the total number of confirmed cases in the Somerset county council area to 703.
Of the four districts, Somerset West and Taunton has had 261 cases; Sedgemoor 195; South Somerset 184; and Mendip 63.
