A bungalow is being proposed for the garden of a house in Goldcroft Road.

Dorset Council is being asked to decide on the application for the rear garden of No. 16 with access to the site from Goldcroft Avenue.

An agent’s report says that detached has been chosen so as to not over look neighbouring properties with the materials chosen to match others in the area with rendered walls, white PVC double glazing and a tiled roof.
