TWO lanes of the M5 near Wellington were closed earlier this morning (Monday) after a number of hay bales fell across the carriageway.
Highways England South West closed the two lanes on the motorway southbound between Junctions 26 (Wellington) and 27 (Tiverton) at around 10am.
A team of workers was sent in to undertake a clear up.
