A CYCLIST has died after a collision with an HGV.
Police said they were called to Station Approach at St Erth at around 11.25am on Thursday.
A spokesperson for the force said: "The cyclist, a 71-year-old male, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The road was closed in both directions whilst the scene was examined by a specialist forensic collision investigator.
"Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended and are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the collision, or have dash camera footage, to contact police, quoting the log number 338 02/07/20."
