POLICE have praised people for their behaviour yesterday on Super Saturday.
Extra officers were drafted in to ensure things didn't get out of control as the pubs and restaurants re-opened following lockdown measures.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said: "We’d like to thank all those who visited our towns and cities yesterday as licensed premises reopened for the first time in three months.
"Plans had been in place to respond to an increase in demand for our services, but we’re pleased to say there were no significant incidents."
