TWO elderly residents were treated by ambulance personnel after a fire in the Taunton area last night (Saturday, July 11).
Firefighters from Taunton were sent to the scene in Graveslands Lane, Henlade at 8.31pm yesterday evening.
On arrival the team discovered two sheds well alight, and saw that the fire had spread to two separate properties.
The crew swiftly got to work with hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "There was slight damage to the fascia and window of one property and damage to the conservatory and back entrance of the other.
"Two elderly residents were treated on scene by the ambulance service.
"Western Power were also requested to attend this incident."
