A THIEF with a ladder may have been behind a couple of bizarre thefts from two hair premises in the same Taunton street.
The lettering was taken from above Studio 8 hair salon in St James Street.
And the swinging sign over the Wig and Hair Clinic has also mysteriously disappeared.
Paula Walsh, at Studio 8, said: "We're really disappointed someone would stoop so low stealing letters from our salon."
CCTV in the area is being checked and police have been informed.
