FIVE new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the last 48 hours.
There are three new cases in Somerset West and Taunton, one in South Somerset and one in Mendip. Sedgemoor has no new confirmed cases in the figures from Public Health England.
The latest figures relate to the previous 48 hour period up to 5pm yesterday (Saturday).
It takes the total number of cases for the area covered by Somerset County Council up to 1,325.
That consists of the district totals of: Mendip 137; Sedgemoor 395; Somerset West and Taunton 452; and South Somerset 341.
There were again no coronavirus-related deaths in the county over the same period.
