Dean Philip Martin, 32, of Rhode Lane, Bridgwater, took a vehicle without the owner's consent, community order, 100 hours unpaid work; driving without insurance, driving without correct licence, no separate penalty, six months driving ban, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £20 fine. (G).
Leason Clarke, 50, of Pixton Place, Dulverton, three counts of used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, destroyed property, harassment, sent a letter which conveyed a threat, possession of cannabis, community order, 26 weeks curfew, £480 compensation, restraining order. (G).
Daniel Stadon, 51, of no fixed address, failed to comply with a direction under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act, £40 fine, £34 victim surcharge; used threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards a PCSO, £40 fine; used threatening or abusive words or behaviour, no separate penalty. Petras Lapkovasc, 56, of Bath Road, Bridgwater, drink driving, £300 fine, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, 19 months driving ban. (G).
Jake Richard Michael Weber, 23, of Huntspill Road, Highbridge, drunk and disorderly, £40 fine; criminal damage at Bridgwater Railway Station, £40 fine; possession of cannabis, no separate penalty; used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, community order, 40 hours unpaid work, £95 victim surcharge; breached a suspended sentence order, 12 weeks prison suspended for 24 months. Thomas Graham Safe, 39, of Roman Road, Taunton, drink driving, £450 fine, £50 compensation, £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, 14 months driving ban; possession of cannabis, driving without due care and attention, no separate penalty. (G).
