Holyoake Street in Wellington is closed until October 20
A ROAD in Wellington is closed for six days for sewer repairs.
Holyoake Street closed yesterday (October 14) and will not be open to traffic until October 20.
Wessex Water have closed the road to carry out repairs safely.
A Wessex Water spokesperson said: “We’re carrying out planned sewer repairs in Holyoake Street, with a closure in place for the safety of road users and our workforce.
“Work is due to finish by Tuesday 20 October. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
Other road closures in Wellington include the Tonedale Bridge, which will be closed until October 19.
