A MAN in his 30s was stabbed in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).
Police say the victim sustained "a number of stab wounds and was taken to hospital by paramedics".
His condition is not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
The incident happened in St Michaels Avenue, Yeovil, at about 4.25am.
Officers have remained in the area today as part of the investigation and are conducting house-to-house enquiries.
