Latest Covid-19 cases in Somerset
THERE were 31 new confirmed Covid-19 cases in Somerset in the 24 hours to 5pm yesterday (Sunday).
There were between six and nine positive tests in each of the four districts in the county council area.
The individual districts totals have now risen to:
- Mendip 343 (an increase of nine);
- Sedgemoor 579 (nine);
- Somerset West and Taunton 724 (seven);
- South Somerset 538 (six).
The latest increase means the overall total in the area covered by Somerset County Council now stands at 2,184.
